London Shopping guide - Shoreditch

Dear readers,

Here I am with my new tips where to go for some great pieces in London. I live in the area so I am familiar what is around. I must stress again that there are other places you can go but it would be hard to select all. So let's start how to get here. You can either come to Old street station and walk towards Shoreditch highstreet or you can come to Liverpool street and get bus 242 or 149 towards the same highstreet and just go shopping. In my previous post I was showing you places around Brick Lane as it is very close you can do it all in one day.

Takze jsem tu s dalsim postem o nakupovani v Londyne. Tentokrat vam ukazu par mist v Shoreditch. Bydlim tu, takze to tu docela dobre znam. Musim vam samozrejme rici, ze mist je tu vice, ale nemuzu psat o kazdem obchudku v okoli, to se rozumi. Pokud se ptate, jak se sem vubec dostat, tak muzete bud metrem na Old Street a potom pesky na Shoreditch Highstreet, coz je maximalne pet minut chuze a nebo muzete prijet na Liverpool street a pak autobusem 242 ci 149 (a vtipne je, ze Alexa Chung v poslednim vydani magazinu Look na otazku, ktere je podle ni nejmodnejsi misto na svete, odpovedla, ze Londynsky autobus 149 :) Kdo s nim jel napriklad o vikendu navecer urcite pochopi) na to same misto. V poslednim postu o nakupovani v Londyne jsem zminovala oblast Brick Lane, tyhle dve mista jsou velmi blizko, takze je klidne muzete propojit a stravit tu cele poledne.

My shopping started with lovely brunch in a new Cafe on Hoxton Street. They serve fresh sandwiches and have gorgeous selection of pastry. So it is up to you if you want to try this place.

Moje mini shoppingova tura zacala v teto nove otevrene kavarne na Hoxton street. Je uplne nova, takze vam nepovim presnou adresu. Dala jsem si vyborny brunch a sbihaly se mi sliny na vsechny ty uzasne mufinky a dortiky, ktere nabizi. Takze klidne tohle misto muzete  vyzkouset i vy. 

RG- Relaxed Garden, 40 Kingsland road London

First gorgeous place is this tiny Little boutique on Kingsland road. Its quite unique small boutique but you can find some really sweet clothes. It is not that cheap for some people but I guess you can get some beautiful pieces that other people may not wear. In most of the cases the dresses start around 80 £ which for some people can be to much and for some cheap. 

Takze prvni misto je tento malicky butik na Kingsland road. Je to malicke a docela unikatni misto, ale daji se tu najit rozkosne veci. Neni uplne nejlevnejsi, pocitejte s tim, ze treba hezke saty muzou zacinat asi na 80ti librach. Tim jenom upozornuji, ze nema cenu sem jit s tim, ze nakoupim levne, spise nakoupim unikatni kousky :) I kdyz prave pro nekoho je 80 liber malo, pro jineho zase moc. Zalezi na cloveku :)

No one, 1 Kingsland road, London

This place is really nice as well. They have different brands selection which you can check online. I am always spending the longest on checking out their jewellery.

Tohle misto je taky skvele, na jejich strankach se muzete podivat jaky sortiment a jake znacky se tu daji poridit. Ja stravim vzdy nejvice casu u bizuterie a sperku.

American Apparel, 123 Curtain road, London 

If you love American Apparel there is one in Shoreditch too. I think there is no need to introduce this place anymore.

Jenom mala poznamka, ze i v Shoreditch je obchod American Apparel, takze pokud fandite jejich obleceni, nemusite se hnat do mnohem chaotictejsich a lidma preplnenych pobocek na Oxford street.

Start, Rivington street, London

Designer in East London. Hell yeah. Super well know Start London owned by Brix Smith-Start which you may know from Gok's TV shows. If you like Miu Miu, Vivienne Westwood, Mawi and many more. This is the place to shop.

Navrhari v East London? No i tohle tu najdete. Uzasny butik Start, ktery vlastni Brix Smith-Start, kterou mozna muzete znat z televiznich Show Goka. Pokud mate radi Miu Miu, Vivienne Westood, Mawi a jim podobne, tak sem urcite mrknete. Jejich letni vyprodeje jsou super. Myslim, ze jsem zahlidla v poslednich letnich vyprodejich napriklad Miu Miu balerynky asi v rozmezi 140 liber. 

Paper Dress - 114-166 Curtain road, London

This is one vintage shop to go to. Great selection and great deco and they will serve coffee and cakes if you want. 

Jeden z nej vintage obchodu v teto ctvrti. Muzete se opet podivat na jejich stranky. A dokonce maji svuj bar, takze si zde muzete pochutnat na dobre kave.

So this is it. I guess you may come across other places like Religion on Shoreditch Highstreet and many other cute boutiques and if so make sure you will let me know what you found.

Tak to je vse a urcite narazite na vice mist jako je treba Religion na Shoreditch Highstreet a spousta dalsich malych butiku a pokud si neco poridite, dejte vedet. Uz ted jsem zvedava.

London Shopping Guide - Brick Lane

This is first part of my detail shopping guide and today I will present my favourite shops around Brick Lane. Of course there are many more shops and stalls including All Saints, Barbour, Benefit, lot of amazing fur or vintage stalls, independent designers but here are few I can recommend or I always stop by. My guide starts at Liverpool street tube station where in a nearby Starbucks you can start with a quick breakfast and coffee. Let's get ready and go:

A je to tady prvni cast meho nakupovaciho pruvodce Londynem. Dneska vam predstavim sve oblibene obchody v oblasti Brick Lane. Samozrejme je jich tam mnohem vice nez ty, ktere uvidite na fotografiich, ale nemohu prezentovat kazdy obchod. Na Brick Lane najdete obchody jako All Saints, Barbour, Benefit, a v sobotu, kdyz je otevreny i trh na Spithafields take spoustu stanku, kde si muzete poridit vse od kozesin az po rucne delane sperky.

Pruvodce zacnu Starbucksem kousek od stanice metra Liverpool street, kde si muzete dat kavu a snidani a nabrat energii na nakupni poledne. Tak se pripravte, zaciname:

As you leave Starbucks just follow the little boutiques with anything you can think of makeup stores like Benefit, Flower shops, furniture, clothes and that will lead you to the market hall

Po kaficku se muzete odebrat na trh a v teto zastresene ulicce vse zacina, najdete zde male butiky, kde si muzete zakoupit napriklad kvetiny, kosmetiku Benefit a mnohem mnohem vice

My first stop: Traffic People

Prvni zastavka: Traffic People

Pokud se chcete dozvedet o znacce vice, urcite nevahejte navstivit jejich stranky. Nejvice me vzdy zaujmou jejich saty, nektere kolekce jsou vice a jine mene vydarene.

Blondie, Unit 2, 114-118 Commercial Street

I would say one of my favourite vintage and designer vintage boutique in London. I saw Clemence Poesy shopping here as well so it must be good.

Jeden z nejlepsich vintage a hlavne designer vintage butiku v Londyne. Potkala jsem zde nakupovat i herecke Clemence Poesy, takze asi svedci o kvalite a sortimentu. 

Absolute Vintage, 15 Hanbury St, City of London

This is much cheaper version of vintage pieces but you can find some real treasures here as well. Harder to find but still amazing place to go to.

Tohle je mnohem levnejsi vintage obchod, trosku hrabarna, ale clovek zde muze najit neskutence poklady.  

Public Beware, Shop 7, 91 Brick Lane

If you want to see what style you can find in Public Beware, feel free to visit their website. I always find here something I like.

Pokud se chcete podivat na sortiment Public Beware, urcite se podivejte na jejich stranky, ja zde vzdy neco zajimaveho objevim. Nabizi cenove dostupne a zajimave kousky, ktere pak alespon nema uplne kazdy.

Religion, 154 Brick Lane, London E1 6RU

Religion reminds me All Saints a bit. Unusual cuts and delicate materials but just a little bit cheaper.

Religion mi stylem pripomina trosku All Saints, jenom trosku levnejsi. Opet jsem pridala odkaz na jejich webove stranky.

Rockit, 101 Brick Lane, London E1 6SE

This is one of the most famous London based vintage shops and they have website as well. They also do recycled clothes and bags but you can find amazing pieces here.

Rockit je jeden z nejproflaklejsich vintage obchodu v Londyne. Najdete zde take recyklovane a presivane veci, kabelky a jine. Urcite se sem bezte podivat a neodejte s prazdnou, i kdyby to mel byt jenom satek ci prstynek. Ja jsem byla uchvacena maxi psanicky z prave kuze ve vsech moznych barvach za pouhych 25 liber. Ty same prodava napriklad American Apparel za 60-80 liber. Koupila jsem si prekrasne cervene a urcite si jich poridim vice. 

The Laden Showroom, 103 Brick Lane, City of London

I love this place, several little corners with independent designers clothes. Anyone can find their own style.

Tohle je uplny raj, spoustu malych koutku, kde nezavisli navrhari prodavaji sve obleceni, opravdu si tu asi kazdy prijde na sve.

The Box Park, just next to Shoreditch Highstreet tube station

This is new and very interesting project. I have not visited any of the shops but may as well in future.

Tohle je docela novy projekt. Jeste jsem to tam poradne neomrkla, ale cely areal je poskladanych z malych plechovych obchudku, ktere jsou ocislovany, staci si najit vasi oblibenou znacku a nakupovat.

As I said at the very start, there are so many places to go but these are the once I always go to. So happy shopping experience and hopefully this is useful for people visiting London and want to shop like mad :)

Jak jsem jiz zminovala na zacatku, tohle je jenom muj oblibeny vyber, ale mist k nakupovani je tu nespocetne. Snad pro vsechny navstevniky Londyna bude tento post alespon trochu uzitecny.
