Make your Monday better



 
Hi Everybody,
 
You know that your alarm goes crazy on Monday morning and you just want to stay in bed. All the people around look miserable and if you ask them how they are they often say...you know Monday. I am not saying that it is a pleasure for me to get up on Monday but I am trying to make any day nice. Here are some of my tips how to make it special day.
 
1. Words are powerful - say to yourself in the morning This is going to be a great day!
2. Start a day with a good workout. If you make it on Monday you can make it anyday and if you follow up with a healthy breakfast even better.
3. Treat yourself to something you like on the way to work...nice coffee or tea or why not a nice breakfast.
4. Plan your evening and think about what you are going to do in the evening...rent a dvd on the way to work, buy a new book or a magazine or book an appointment in a beauty salon. You have something to look forward later and that will keep your mind positive.
5. Pop in to a chemist to get a little treat like nail varnish or a new hair mask. You can enjoy them later on in the evening.
6. Plan a nice dinner. It does not matter if you are eating in or out but you will have something nice to look for.
7. Joke around and smile. You may be surprised but all the energy will turn into more positive mood.
8. Buy flowers. They look pretty, smell good and they can brighten up the day.
 
Ok, it may sound like a cliche but these things help me a lot. How about you? Any tips?

Kdyz uz se konecne vydate do skoly ci do prace vsichni pusobi nastvane a otravene a kdyz se jich zeptate jak se maji...vetsinou se odpoved nese ve smyslu otravneho pondeli. Ja netvrdim, ze jasam, kdyz prijde dalsi Pondeli, ale snazim se si den vzdy zprijemnit drobnyma vecma. Nechci zkratka patrit mezi ty zapskle lidi. Vsechno je to tom udrzovat pozitivni myslenky a proto se musime obklopit prijemnyma vecma.
 
1. Slova maji neskutecnou silu - rano si proste reknete, ze dnesek bude uzasny!!
2. Zacnete rano tim, ze si date do tela. Pokud to zvladnete v Pondeli rano, poradne vas to nakopne a hormony udelaji sve a kdyz si po cviceni date zdravou snidani, bude vam jeste lip.
3. Udelejte si po ceste do prace nejakou radost v podobe snidane, dobre kavy ci caje.
4. Uz rano si naplanujte neco prijemneho na vecer, at se mate na co tesit. Co tak si pujcit DVD, koupit si oblibeny casopic ci knizku nebo si sjednat schuzku do salonu nebo na masaz.
5. Pokud nechcete utratit moc, co takto si udelat radost v drogerii novou maskou na vlasy nebo lakem na nehty. Muzete se pak tesit na vecer, az je vyzkousite.
6. Naplanujte si dobrou veceri. Nemusi byt v restauraci, klidne co si dobreho doma uvarite.
7. Vtipkujte a usmivejte se kolem. Budete se divit, ale to dela zazraky.
8. Kupte si kvetiny. Rozzari kazdou mistnost a tim snad i vas.

  2. Super článek. Také se snažím zpříjemnit si dny, nejen pondělí. Největší problém pro mě ale každý všední den je probrat se z komatu a vylézt z postele. :)
